Do not send the monitor, keyboard, mouse, scanner or anything else!...! just the computer!!! We will repair it and return it to you with a 30 days guarantee it could not be easier! Here are the easy steps you must take to get your computer up and running! Steps: Pay the labor fee ($88 for all repairs via UPS) by clicking here, or send the labor payment with your computer.(A check, moneyorder, credit card # or any way you wish) That fee covers the labor and return shipping for your computer. You must also pay to ship your computer to us. It is too costly for us to pay for the shipping both ways! We are willing to split the shipping with you. If this is unacceptable do not proceed. After paying the repairs "labor" fee, print and fill out this form. Send the form with your repair job. This questionaire will help us to locate and repair your problems. Some of the questions will not apply to you, and some of the answers you may not know. Please answer what you can. Send us this form, put it in the box with your computer. When you are ready to send your repair tell us "I have a repair"By clicking here! You do not need to write anything! We will automatically send you a MA ( mailing authorization) number & the address. Please write this number on the shipping label. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A PACKAGE WITHOUT IT! This is required for safety reasons! Don't forget to fill out the questionaire, send it along with your computer. It will be helpful to know what to look for, and what upgrades you want… if any! Most repairs are software related! Computer hardware is very reliable and seldom fail! The labor you paid will usually be all that you will be charged. However, if you do need some hardware, you will be contacted prior to installation, for your approval and payment for the part(s). Your labor charge, and any other fees paid, are refundable in full if we cannot repair your computer! A refusal to pay for needed components to effect repairs will not qualify for a refund of labor!
