Dr. Nikhat Shakeel Khan, Member of the National Assembly and Convenor of the Parliamentary Caucus on Child Rights (PCCR), has praised Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh of the Lahore High Court for his thoughtful and resolute decision to deny pre-arrest bail to a rape suspect.
